I am a lecturer, currently teaches undergraduate courses at Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia (Indonesian Language Educational Department)—Progdi PBSIFakultas Pendidikan Bahasa dan Seni (Art and Language Faculty), Universitas PGRI Semarang (University of PGRI Semarang)—UPGRIS.

I obtained my Bachelor of Education (S.Pd.) in Indonesian Language Education Department, Teacher Training & Education Faculty, Sebelas Maret University in 2011. I continued my Master of Education (M.Pd.) from Indonesian Language Education Department, Postgraduate Program, Sebelas Maret University in 2013 under Prof. Andayani, M.Pd. and Dr. Budhi Setiawan, M.Pd.

I teach (and research) mostly about Indonesian language (Bahasa Indonesia). I have specialization on language teaching, evaluation & measurement, language educational research methodology, and Statistical analysis in social & language studies. I also enjoy to teach Indonesian language for foreigners in Bahasa Indonesia bagi Penutur Asing (BIPA) class.

Previously, I was part of Progdi’s PBSI scientific journal team, an editor in chief for Sasindo. Then, I moved to watch the progress of the institution’s journals.

I stand still to teach Indonesian in our beloved campus, even accross departments. And currently, I am part of Pusat Hilirisasi Penelitian dan Inkubator Bisnis (Downstream Researches and Startups Incubation Center)—under LPPM UPGRIS.

In free times, I enjoy use Linux-based kernel system on a daily basis. For more than a decade, I use several Free/Libre & Open-Source Software (FLOSS) products. I contribute a little piece of open-source projects, exclusively KDE. Really commit with open-source spirits—in Allah’s Hand, I believe in beauty of sharing & openness. Currently, I focus to learn, research, and develop open-source machine learning (A.I.) for Indonesian language evaluations & measurement.
